Happy Easter to you and all yours. I trust that you are having a wonderful weekend.

I got some breaking news headlines to share and it couldnt be at a better time than at the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

As of today Friday March 21st 2008, committed membership at Elevate is growing. We have had 10 new additions to the family. Notably amongst them are 3 gospel musicians join Elevate Church. Mark & Michelle Morriano are experienced Worship leaders. They both sing and play instruments. They saw our website www.elevatepeople.org on the internet and said that God led them to move down from Florida to be a part of Elevate. They will be moving down here on April 1st or 2nd. We also have Erin from Carrollton join Elevate Church today. She is a gifted pianist and vocalist as well. So the Worship team is taking shape. God is up to something big! Isn't this exciting? 

We need a drummer. Do you know anyone that can drum and want to be a part of Elevate? Please let me know.

I also need your help in these four ways:

1. We will be having a General Publicity next Saturday March 29th at 3pm to 6pm at I-635 & Macarthur to distribute the postcards. The meeting place will be in front of Target in the shopping center at the intersection.

2. There will be a prayer and strategy session a day before our Opening Service on Saturday April 5th 2008 at 2:00pm to 3:30pm at our home in Arlington and whoever wills will proceed with us to the church venue for more publicity.

3. We need people that will volunteer as Ushers especially for the Opening Service.

4. If God leads you to give or donate financially to support opening service costs that will be appreciated as well. You can give online from the church website or mail a check.

It is days before Elevate Church Opening Service on Sunday April 6th 2008. It is so exciting to anticipate what God is going to do through Elevate Church in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond.

As of today, we have 22 confirmed evite RSVP, 4 committed couple to form the core team, 10 friends committed to join Elevate Church. Wow! Wow! Wow! Doesn't that sound like fun?

You know, Elevate is God's vision- i mean a "God thing." It is something bigger than ourselves. I asked God to give us the most anointed and creative worship team on the planet....sounds ambitious! Yet, i have started to see the results. We have a keyboardist who has joined us. We need a drummer and singers.

Lets keep the MOMENTUM rolling. I personally plead with you to forward the opening service evite to everyone on your address book and ASK ME FOR THE POSTCARDS AS WELL TO DISTRIBUTE. Personally invite them to our Opening Service.

Lastly, there are two pre-opening service events i like to invite you to. You will get a different evite for that. 1. We need to go to the Las Colinas area on Saturday March 29th 2008 to do publicity and distribute postcards between the hours of 3pm to 6pm.  2. You are invited to our house on Saturday April 5th 2008 for a planning and praying session at 2pm to 3:20pm.

Watch out for the evite this week. Lets keep the momentum and continue praying.
